For someone that is coming from that background of restriction and undereating, they need to go through a phase where they’re rehabilitating their body; it’s great to learn about the framework of intuitive eating, but they might not be able to apply the principles just yet
The biggest misconception of intuitive eating is that it’s “eating what you want when you want” or a hunger-filled diet.
Through intuitive eating, you learn how to evaluate your life so that it feels more balanced.
