Ep. 62/When Getting Your Period Back is Getting Your Life Back with Erietta

Erietta lost her period due to a combination of stress, excessive exercise, and weight loss even though she hadn't had a history of body issues. She initially ignored the signs that her body was giving her and continued her lifestyle. After trying to conceive and seeking medical advice, she decided to pursue fertility treatment and successfully got pregnant through IVF. However, she still felt the need to address her health and joined a program to recover her period. Through small changes in her eating and movement habits, as well as the support of a community of women going through the same journey, Erietta was able to regain her period and live a more fulfilling life.
